AJ has qualified for the USAT National Championships, as well as the Ironman World Championships 70.3. She’s also represented Team USA at the ITU Duathlon World Championships.

BackgroundAlyssa AJ Morrison Triathlon Coaching

Building on the experience as a collegiate track and field athlete, AJ is also a seasoned triathlete and ultrarunner. She was named to the DC Tri Snapple Elite Team for four years and received USAT All-American or Honorable Mention All-American honors during this time frame.
AJ has qualified multiple times for the USAT National Championships, as well as the Ironman World Championships 70.3 and represented Team USA at the ITU Duathlon World Championships. Currently, she enjoys participating in ultrarunning and gravel/mountain bike riding, as the trails are her therapy.
AJ holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Syracuse University and Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from George Washington University. AJ is also a certified USAT Level II Triathlon Coach, USECA Ultrarunning Coach, US Cycling Level III Coach, ACE Health & Wellness Coach and Pilates instructor.
