With over a decade of experience in multisport, Zach Adams is a coach who specializes in time-crunched endurance athletes.
From beginners to advance, and everything in-between, Zach primarily works with “lifestyle” athletes: athletes who understand that training is more than preparation for a race, it’s about a lifelong commitment to self-improvement and better health.
In turn, most of Zach’s athletes have worked with him for 2 years or longer. In addition to triathlon and endurance sports, Zach also coaches some non-traditional athletes, including ball sport athletes as well as working as a fly fishing guide. Zach is proud to be an LGBTQ-ally and he coaches many athletes who are a part of that community.

More About Zach
I am a lifelong athlete. As a former collegiate soccer player who also played overseas, I was accustomed to running. I ran mostly as a hobby until 2012 when I found a spark that changed my life and lit my passion.
That year, when some friends invited me to take part in the MS 150 ride I was a bit overwhelmed. I didn’t have a bike. 75 miles? That is a loooong way I thought. But my friends assured me I would be ok, and they rented me a bike. From the moment I stepped on the bike I was hooked. I came home and told my wife I was going to buy a bike in the new year, and signed up for 4 triathlons that year.
After my first triathlon, I was bitten by the bug and began pursuing my passion and my endurance career. In 2015 I decided to take on a new challenge and began to focus my efforts away from short-course triathlon and toward long-course triathlon and coaching.
