AI Usage Policy

Here at Better Triathlete, we pride ourselves on creating helpful content that’s written by our editorial team, comprised of endurance athletes and coaches. While most of the content we produce is human-written, we still use artificial intelligence to support our efforts. We do this largely by way of:

  • Conducting research and finding information throughout the web in a more efficient way
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the endurance community
  • Designing graphics and visual media to support the data and information we’re presenting to readers
  • Evaluating how well our website is cited or referenced in AI platforms

That said, the content we actually write and publish on our site is human-written by our network of athletes and coaches. While we may gather information and insights from AI tools, we take the time to ensure our messaging is genuinely helpful, relevant, and accurate.

To maintain our editorial standards, we use a variety of well-vetted AI detection tools to ensure consistent quality assurance. If you have any questions about our AI usage policy, please contact us.

Thank you for visiting Better Triathlete,
